The beach was awesome. Too bad it was freezing. We had finally had our fist white Christmas without snow. :) There was barely anybody there so we had the whole beach to ourselves. Which meant we could come out to the beach in our pajamas and a blanket.
The water was freezing!!!! We only got in a couple of times, but when we got in we would go way out to where it was pretty deep. We would come back soaking wet and freezing. Our toes would be numb and all we would want to do is sit on the sand and cuddle up in a jacket.
The sand was awesome it was so soft and so pretty! There couldn't be a day without playing in the sand and building castles. We had a lot of shovels and buckets to help us have a lot of fun!
We built sand castles that were really big and took hours to make. We had to go down by the water and scoop up sand then bring it up to the top of the beach and build it up there.
We played sports of every kind.
We fed all of the seagulls peanuts until they couldn't eat another bite. It was so much fun!!!
Our beach house was awesome!!! It was four stories and it was the best house ever!!!!!
This vacation was the best vacation ever!!! I loved it!!!! I want to do it all again except this time I want to do it when it is warm outside. :)

That was such a great trip. What a beautiful part of the world. And SO FUN to just be together and with grandma and grandpa. What a treat. I hope it will always be a fun memory. Love you Sarah!!
